Professor of General Surgery

Prof. Giorgobiani is a graduate of Tbilisi State Medical University. He has continued with his Clinical residency at the department of surgery of TSMU. Post-graduate studies at the Department of Surgical Diseases #2 of TSMU. He has obtained a Ph.D. title based on his dissertation – “Pathogenic treatment of peptic ulcers after gastric resection” (Diploma #002671, State Certificate in Surgery. #007972). His clinical experience involves internships and qualifications, such as an Internship in Great Britain at the Department of Pancreatology, Derriford Clinic, Plymouth, University courses for raising the qualifications of professors and teachers.
